Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Shipping is available to all of the United States and US Territories.
How long does shipping take?
New orders placed before 2 pm CST go out the same day. Orders placed later in the afternoon or on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.
How do I track my order?
Please keep an eye out for a follow-up email with your tracking number. You can use your tracking number to view the movement of your package within the shipping provider's network.
Returns
How do I return an item?
All returns must be submitted through our 'Apply for Return' page. You will receive a confirmation email with follow up instructions.
How long does it take to process my return?
Please Note, all return forms may take up to a week to process.
Can I exchange for a different item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
